We wouldn’t think of not washing our clothes on a regular basis, but sometimes caring for our jewelry is given very little or no priority. Regular checks and cleanings are essential to keep your pieces looking their best, as well as preventing the loss of precious stones.
At Colonial we will gladly check and clean your jewelry purchased from here for no charge… we want to save you the anxiety of losing something that you love. Our jewelry is exposed to numerous elements every day; we need to protect it from the daily wear and tear of everyday life!
Every Diamond engagement ring comes with a Free Lifetime Warranty. To keep your warranty intact, you are invited to come in once every 6 months for a clean and check at no cost to you. What is a clean and check, you ask? It's a quick visit to our showroom where one of our professionals will take a thorough look at your ring(s) under the loupe, make any service recommendations if needed and clean your ring until it sparkles like new!
We only require that you come in one time every six months however, you can stop in for a clean and check as often as you’d like. We’ll record your visit and you won’t need to come back for 6 months from that date, no appointment necessary.
