Our experience at Colonial Jewelers can be described as one would describe many of the pieces found within; flawless! From the sense of security you have immediately upon being admitted inside (by a security officer) to the help and greeting of the sales staff, to the incredible selection, the entire experience from start to finish could not have been any better. This is an amazing family owned jeweler in Frederick, MD!! They actually care about the overall experience you have here. I purchased an engagement ring from here about 5 years ago and a few months ago and unfortunately the diamond fell out of the setting. My wife is a nurse, wears the ring a lot, and must of somehow bumped and bent the setting over time. We were able to locate the diamond so I returned to Colonial Jewelers to have it repaired. I was greeted by a wonderful sales representative named Paige who was by far the best customer service I have ever received!!! Instead of repairing the setting, Paige got Patty (the owner) involved. To my surprise Patty set up a personal appointment with her to go over some options. Generously, Patty offered to replace the engagement band for FREE with a more sturdy option. In my opinion this is why you should always purchase from local small businesses. There customer care and attention to the little things will have me coming back for years to come!! Thank you Paige, Patty, and Comional Jewelers for making the ring buying experience a wonderful one even years after my original purchase!! I’d give you 10 stars on here if I could!!!

Paige was amazing to work with! We had 2 rings resized which came out perfectly. I also had my original wedding band resized and then added 2 bands to the ring. I added a ring I had from my grandmother and then had an additional custom wrap made and used a few diamonds from some other rings that I would never wear again and they added some diamonds to finish it off. I really had no vision before going in and Paige was super helpful and made it all turn out perfectly. The end product exceeded my expectations. Turning my original wedding band into this new custom ring was something I had thought about for 30 years. Love it and would definitely work with colonial again! Before and after pictures.
