Like any love story, there are a few twists and turns in my engagement ring experience. The pave stones on the side of my ring started falling out the day I got it. The ring wasn’t cast properly and the pave stones would continue to pop out and cause my ring to spend more of its life on the jewelers bench than on my hand. The diamond was lab grown, and something about it was more lackluster than the diamond I hoped for. Of course, my sweet fiancé put a lot of love into creating my first ring and the last thing I wanted to do was to be in this position.
