The first piece of permanent jewelry can be attributed to the Cartier Love Bracelet designed in 1969, which was only removeable by a specialized screwdriver. Endless by Colonial is a bit different. Our precious metal bracelets are 14k yellow gold, white gold, or sterling silver. We offer a Birthstone Collection as well as our classic Gold and Silver Collection. All of our bracelets have been hand-selected by our master goldsmith to be durable for this type of wear. And if you need to remove your bracelet for any reason, you may do so with scissors. 

The Endless by Colonial experience is the ultimate friendship bracelet, anniversary or birthday gift, mother/daughter outing, or treat yourself day. Currently, we are offering this experience by appointment only on Thursdays - Saturdays. We love downtown Frederick, and encourage you to make a day of it! 

For a quiet morning: Grab coffee at Cafe Nola, or a spot in line at Bakehouse for delectable pastries before heading to Colonial Jewelers for your appointment. Round out your morning by viewing local art at 1-11 North Market and finish with a quick lunch downtown. 

For a lively downtown afternoon: Make your first stop at Colonial Jewelers for your appointment. Show off your bracelet as you check out the 200+ shops downtown. Then choose a cozy dinner spot before ending the day at one of the four local breweries. Alive at 5 is also a wonderful event to unwind on a Thursday night April through September! 

For the weekend crew: Begin your day at Colonial Jewelers to get your bracelets followed by brunch (Hootch & Banter or The Wine Kitchen are classy favorites!). Then enjoy a walk along Carroll Creek to see sculptures and enjoy the scenic views! 

When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll want to arrive a few minutes early to see the options in person. We can bring out your favorites to lay over your wrist (we also love a good stack!) While you’re deciding, you will be treated to a beverage selection, so that you can soak in the experience with your party. When it’s time to make it official, our master goldsmith will expertly weld the bracelet together at the custom length of your preference. And that’s it! In order to maintain your bracelet’s shine, we suggest that you grab a polishing cloth from us to wipe it down after any exposure to chlorine, household cleaners, or the ocean.
